  1. It wasn't a holiday, but I did this yesterday. After over an hour in a dentist chair, I came home, put on my sweats and took a 2-hour nap. Much needed. I think I'll do the same tomorrow.

    1. I could have used a nap since I woke up at 3AM and stayed awake for several hours, but this was a busy day. Maybe tomorrow I'll have a chance to catch up a little. Glad you got to rest after your dentist appt. I'm a big fan of naps.

    2. I rarely ever take naps anymore. There was a time when I would sleep for about 20 minutes after work, but that was when I went in at 7 and was home by 1. No time now during the week and my weekends are too full (plus, I can sleep in on the weekend). Maybe I'll make it a habit when I'm retired. :)

    3. I have the ability to nap if I want to, but I seldom do. I was a *big* napper when I had young ones at home. They exhausted me!

  2. Cats really know how to handle relaxation.

    1. You have to admire them for that.
